The brown card and the pink card are both done using the flap fold method. You open the flap and then the next one and finally you are inside. It really is easy to make! Next are all the shadow box cards. I really like the effect but they need a very heavy cardstock to stand up to the folding flat to send. Otherwise, you get creases where you don't want them. Inside are either stamped images, or embossed scenes or sentiments.

Well, the Christmas rush is here and I did make it to get all my cards sent out. Yeah! Before Christmas even! I tried new techniques. Sorry the quality of these posts aren't great. It is hard to scan the three d effects on the printer. That's why they are all flat. The first card to the left..blue one with a hat and cake is a pop up. You untie the ribbon and it folds open and stands flat on your table or wherever. The inside is decorated and stamped.

Yes, I have been very busy...making card after card after card. I am posting the cards I have made. Hope you like them! As you will notice, the cards are made like pinwheels. I have been having a horrible time with the SU DSP sticking to anything! And nothing seems to want to stick to it. I have even used dbl. sided tape and it still is hopeless!
I do like the pinwheel effect...I used different colored paper and embossing folders by Cuttlebug. It is time consuming to make each little piece and then put together, but I like the final product. Hope you enjoy my cards...Happy Holidays to all!

Hope the weather holds out! When I finish the cards, I will be posting pics.
Have a great weekend!

Well, I did get a little behind this year in making my cards. Just too many things on my mind I guess, but I did get the cards sent, finally....I only made a couple cards like this..Used a white card stock for the body of the card. Brown is stamped with leaves in white, then an orange square with the edges rounded, white paper stamped in Soft Suede leaves and a pumpkin colored in with orange marker. The final white square is added and affixed with double sided tape.
Hope you have a great Thanksgiving....

Yes, I am trying yet another blog. This one is going to highlight all those cards I have been working on. all the techniques I have come up with or tried on other blogs. I have been inspired by other card stampers and just use my imagination on other ones. I really didn't think I would be good at this but I really like it...great way to use my creativity. Here is one of my cards.....
This card was inspired by a photo of a place setting in a magazine.
I used black card stock stamped with white leaves. I used white card stock stamped with black leaves and outlined the flower with black. I then colored in the flowers with red markers. Added the red card stock and red ribbon. The edges of the top card stock is slightly curled upward..Hope you enjoy this new blog...I will posting all my creations here. Happy stamping!
